I cant answer that. What i can say is that keeping track of the 3 majors and finding out what your tank is using is important. Then i would manually dose to understand what your adding. Then from their make your decision knowing your system.

I bought a 180rr tank. Cant be happier. Im overwhelmed with what sump to get. I like the clean look of the manufactured sumps. What size do i need (how many gallons will i need to make sure that water doesnt end up on the ground)? The idea i have is to take up a third of the stand with a fuge. Then the other with pumps and a chiller. What has worked for others? looking at trigger sumps the emersld 34
