just today my Purple Hornet got plucked off its rock and floated away in my tank... was probably a hermit it took 3 months to grow a baby too :( i feel like taking down my entire system to look for it.....

o yea and somtimes GSP stays retracted like that for a while esp when it comes into a new tank or when stressed out... it will open just give it some time as you see the base still intact and no tissue damage itll be ok... i had a piece of GSP take almost a month to open up

daylights that are on 11hrs a day seem a bit much... if the actinics were on that long it would be ok but for daylights 6-8 hrs is good enough... for zoas its always better if you start them low then move up over time esp if they came from a tank with higher lighting
