The Great Barrier Reef Legacy & Forever Reef Project 𝘊𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵ed 1 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘦𝘧 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘫𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘯𝘴 𝘈𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘑𝘰𝘩𝘯 𝘙𝘶𝘮𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘊𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘉𝘪𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺. Project status update: with the assistance of Charlie Vernon, 450 GBR corals have been identified as corals they would like to collect for the biobank. As of now the team has collected 174 corals and proven they can successfully keep the corals in the captive environment and have been successful the corals. Next phase plans include working to collect more of the 450 corals, as well as setting up several hub locations in Australia to not only create a backup network, but also expand system capacities to safely house more corals collected. The staff sent us a few photos as an update and recognition of the support WAMAS provided to the project.

Nice update, and sounds like your efforts are helping. I switched a few months ago to Fritz salt away from reef crystal and been loving the polyp extension on coral.
