Phoenix are DE, Radiums are SE, different bulb configuration.

+1, wait and pay for a quality product.

Ron,
I would switch the 10k on the 250 bulb. If you are using a single end use a 250 20K radium bulb, but if you have a dual end fixture get the 250-watt Phoenix 14000K. They will increase the POP of your corals but will have slower growth than the 10K. See if you like that look if not change the PC either to 10k to lighten or Antinics for more blue.

With your color combo it will be washed out. I would go with one ATI Pro Color , 3 blue plus, one 1200K ATI Aquablue, and one True Actinic 03 T5. You can find many more examples and advise at reefcentral in the lighting forum.

Do many some water changes spread out for a couple of days, til the nitrates are to zero. And feed your fish only what they can completely eat in five mins.

remeasure your Mg++ and recalibrate your PH probe. Alk, CA, Mg & pH are all related.

I have a Reef Keeper 2 and a Neptune Jr. both are good and are easy to program (temp, ph, timers) . If you want to measure ORP then those are over 300 for just the box alone.

power with icecap ballast.

This tank was "tank of the month" and only used 5 T5 on a 90 Gallon. The growth was amazing.

Chip,
I got my natural split clone from Bob YBeNormal back in October 2007.

When I was a undergrad at University of California at Santa Cruz, Phil Crews had and still operates a lab, isolating compounds from sponges from the Great Barrier Reef. His lab would take a few weeks every year to identify and collect these samples. To be a member of his lab you had to be certified for SCUBA in open water and a chemistry major.

I buy most of my equipment from them. Jason is great at getting orders accurate and shipped quickly.

Funny,

That is silly... in a good way.
Who are you? What are you selling? Where is your website?

You want each bulb to have it own reflector otherwise you are wasting T5 light PAR. Single reflectors focus the light down to the tank and is the reason many have switched. Don't skimp on lighting. Buy a TEK or aquactinics fixture. If you want to cut cost build your own with a retro kit from reefgeek.

I was not impressed with the Geisemann bulbs. I am currently running a combination of ATI Aquablue Special, Aquablue Plus and Procolor bulbs, and its probably the best combination I have had.
I agree.
