SPS treatment for bacterial infection?

I’m struggling with some SPS loses with no real justification based on testing and I am leaning towards the problem being bacterial.  Does anyone have a treatment regiment for SPS?  I read of some success with Witch Hazel and Cipro or other medicines, but I trust this forum much not than some others. Any experience here?
