Pikachu zoas?

Are these actually pikachu zoas(1st picture)? I do see multiple search results with similar looking zoas that have the small blue/not-white centers, labeled as pikachus, like in picture 2, but much more of the results, and what I see for sale, are the other type here, with wider centers, that are clearly white, with the defined border between the center and the rest of the yellow face, like pictures 3&4.
