Quick question.... from the pictures

is this aptasia eating a piece of my anemone???

 

I guess another question would be how did the anemone loose a tentacle!?!?

It is hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like the aiptasia has a single bubble-tip tentacle?  That's pretty amazing if so.  Never seen that before.

Sometimes the tentacles get twisted and drop off...like how that guy spins that chicken around in Babel and pops the head off. I’ve seen it happen on my hammer before. Nem looks healthy in the pics.

Well, I now have I think is a blind Hippo Tang that got attacked by a red legged hermit crab. The Tang never comes to eat so I have to pretty much target feed the nori to him. Kinda stuck trying to figure out what to do about it?? It just sits at the bottom of the tank all the time...

What would you do? I have a video I took of the hermit crab attacking the hippo tang, so sad... this poor fish has been through it all after battling the “I” word for 4-months... yeah we don’t say the full word in this household lol!!
