Bruleyii February 14, 2020 Share February 14, 2020 I am in the process of breaking down my 90 gallon and taking inventory. I am assuming all liquid chemicals are no good anymore. First question is, should I just assume they are bad and dispose them or should I pass them on. Second question is, if the chemicals are expired, whats the proper way to dispose of them. I am assuming dumping them down the drain is bad practice.
AlanM February 14, 2020 Share February 14, 2020 I've always just put them down the drain figuring if they don't hurt the fish and coral in the tank they won't hurt the water treatment plant. I wouldn't do that with fish meds, but think it's fine for additives.
