What is going on with these ZOA'S bubbling up?

What could be happening to these Rasta Zoas they have been ballooning and with very strange behavior after being only 14 days directly high on the tank under the AI PRIME HD.

 

1. They bubble up
2. Their ring colors fuse
3. It happens in the afternoon when sunset lights are high on RED

Please help, this is a very odd reaction hard to figure out.

Too much light, did you start them at the bottom and move them up?

I started them on a frag rack on the far left and then placed it same height on center under the light

Directly under the (LED) light would result in more PAR vs off to the side, even at the same height.

Update on this topic: 

 

Zoas are now 90% recovered the full colony is now in near to normal health

 

Treatment: 

 

Moved Zoas to quarantine tank aka QT

Very low light for the past 2 months (edge lighting)

No spot feeding

The zoas are hard to recover, I mean they take a very long time (4 months and still are small and very shy
