Origami March 2, 2018 Share March 2, 2018 Do you want to put the skimmer in the frag tank? How many gallons is it? You could also use a HOB skimmer (something like an old Aqua-C Remora Pro or whatever) and save real estate in the tank. Having a sump would open up a lot of options. Origami March 2, 2018 Share March 2, 2018 That's pretty shallow. An old Avast Marine CS-1 operates in 6-8 inches of water (7" being nominal).
