Good news!!!

We've been able to get the playsand in.  It's under the name of "Yardright" not "Tropical Playsand".  It's a 40 lb. bag, and yes, we checked with Oldcastle/Southdown, and the contents are the exact same as the other bag.  It's just 10 lbs. lighter.  We can get as much as anyone wants, ask us about bulk pricing.  TRT
