Avast Swabby apex programming help

I have a Avast Swabby for my bubble king skimmer that I have not been using for three years because I haven't had a good timeer. I finally hooked up my Apex controller for my in wall tank . so my question is how do I program my Swabby to turn on for 90 seconds every four hours . Can anyone help with this

You'll have to substitute the numbers:

 

Fallback OFF

OSC 000:00/001:00/239:00 Then ON


it comes on for 1 minutes then off for 3h 59 mins - so on 1 min in every 4 hours.

so For control type I use Advanced?

also when I use Advanced the fallback option goes away.
