Anyone know how to solder LEDs?

I'm handy. But when it comes to circuitry and soldering I'm lost.

 

I saw some edge mods where people solder LEDs into the small hood. Wondering if anyone here can do that. I'm currently in chantilly. I just want light for GSP and pulsing Xenia. Let me know thanks.
