jon_703 August 9, 2016 Share August 9, 2016 Not sure what kind thisnone is. Second one is a plate coral obviously, any idea what kind or if its some rare kind? I heard the red plate coral is one of the more expensive ones. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

davelin315 August 11, 2016 Share August 11, 2016 If you ask me, it is just a zoanthid. There are tons of different names based on colors but to me since we don't ID by species it is just a zoanthid. I think there is a site where you can search based on appearance for the color variety - zoaid.com or something like that?
joro August 12, 2016 Share August 12, 2016 The second picture almost looks like an Elegance Coral
Origami August 12, 2016 Share August 12, 2016 Second picture looks like a baby Fungia plate. First is a zoanthid (I, too, can't keep up with all the names that retailers and hobbyists give to these things to differentiate varieties to create market value). dpassar12 August 14, 2016 Share August 14, 2016 2nd pic is baby fungi short or long tentacle not sure which type, Zoas\Paly in background. The first picture looks like Zoas\palys but it could also be green\green duncans.. If the polyp is attached to a thick stem almost as wide as the head then it would be a duncan but if is more of a mat then it is most likely Z/Ps.
