What is dis

Its in my refugium, and there is a lot of them. Is it harmful?. What is it's natural predator? Should I leave them alone?

Those are flatworms. I can't remember which kind at the moment, I want to say Red Planaria.

Yes...seems like red flatworms...you could try flatworm exit or some of the wrasse are known to eat them. If they are only in your sump then you could use flatworm exit...best route imo.

Or try a biological control like a wrasse. Red planaria are tolerable in smaller numbers. If you do try FWE, then follow the directions very carefully - especially the vacuuming part and water change part. Wear long length gloves, too, if reaching into your tank shortly after using FWE. Some flatworms will release a toxin that some people are sensitive to. Most are not, but some are and it can put some people in the hospital. Better safe than sorry.
