Powerhead Positioning

Any recommendations on how to position my powerheads?

The way you have them are fine.

Are those powerheads positioned to blast water at each other? Or are the pushing the water in a circular pattern?

Any space behind all those rocks? If so, then I'd put the left one on the side down pretty low (at least halfway) and point it down the back wall under the overflow box...angled up slightly. I'd then put the right one in the upper right corner and blast towards the opposite corner (upper left). As was alluded to, see if you can get a circular flow (i.e. gyre) going.

I'm trying to get the flow right @sen5241b. Matt, I think the way you explained makes sense. The way it is now I feel the backside doesn't get any flow. Thanks!
