Another hitchhiker ID please

Ok now that I have my fleshy limpet/scutus properly IDed, here is my next new hitchhiker. This blue green flower/mushroom thing just appeared on my top rock two days ago. It's coming out of a hole and at night it completely retreats into the hole in the rock and you can just barely see it with a flashlight shining into the hole. I'd say it's about the size of a quarter. Ideas? It's so fun to see how quickly you all know these things. :-)
