Return Pump

I am researching and looking to buy a  return pump for a 36"L x 36"W x 17"H tank. The tank will be on a 36" Cube stand. What do you guys think about the Jebao pumps. There is a 3000 and 9000 model. If any idea on any other product please feel free to let me know. I want it as quiet as possible.

The 3000 would be plenty. The jebao dc pumps are pretty quiet and work well. I have one of the RLSS DC12000 and it is super quiet.
