Cheers to you Richard, that is how it is done. Reminds me of myself in the early 90's. The right mindset: Nothing is below you, and you will do whatever you tell anyone else to do, and possibly do it better is the way to succeed. If you don't know how to do it, delegate it out to someone that is better then yourself, and praise them...OK the business lesson is over for the day.
