acan just ate a snail

So my acan just ate a small snail. Will he just spit out the shell later? Totally swallowed it, I can still see the cone outline. Anyone else's eat anything weird like that?

Mine eat tiny cerith snails all the time. It'll eventually spit the shell out, but the snail will be gone

My acan at an anemone once. It was a sad day for me. My anemone seemed to be having a bad day and detached and must have somehow fell right in the mouth of one of my large acans. I tried to save my anemone as it was completely engulfed, but it was too late. The anemone was intact so it must have been recent when I noticed, but it eventually never made a full recovery and had to take out my anemone. Sad day.
