Amazon has Eheim Jager 300w in damaged packaging but new condition for about $25-30 with free shipping.  They basically ONLY get 4+ stars, which on Amazon I take with a grain of salt, but the LACK of multiple 1 star ratings is definitely a good thing.

Brand new one for $25.19 ( Don't know if it's the same as what you saw on Amazon, this one is glass ).  Buy some salt ( also on sale ) and you will get free shipping since it will be more than $49.
