tightline May 28, 2014 May 28, 2014 haha I unhooked my good ro when I redid my tank now I cant remember witch is the waste line and witch is the water line it is a spectapure 4 stage with 2 white tubes up top.. is the waste line the one on top or on the last canister??
Origami May 28, 2014 May 28, 2014 There are three ports on your RO housing. One is normally located on the center of a screw-on top. This is the water supply connection - the water that comes from your house. At the other end, there are two ports. The one that is more centrally located is normally the pure (RO) water output. The one that is more to the edge is the waste water port. When operating, the waste water port will produce more output (3-6x more) than the RO output. I wish that I could be more specific about your Spectrapure system, but I don't own one. If you have a picture, it would help.
