Fire Shrimp losing color?

My fire shirmp recently molted but did not regain his full color.  The only change on the system that I can think of was the addition fo GFO but that was over three weeks or so.  Anyone ever experience this before or can shed some light on what causes it and how to remedy this?

how long have you had him?  What kinds of food do you feed? How is your iodine?

Had him for about 8 months or so.  I feed Mysis and Brine Shrimp (soaked in Selcon and Garlic Xtreme).  I occassionally feed table shrimp pieces.  It's a FOWLR so I don't test for Iodine really.  I use regular Instant Ocean and do weekly water changes.
