Stylo question

Does anyone have any Stylo or Cat's Paw in their tanks? If so, what lighting and flow are you sitting them in. I'm thinking about getting some for my tank and have read all of the stuff to read, but am curious in real world examples.

Is any hardier than others?

Thanks,

Scott

I have pink "cats paw" stylo.

It's in bright light mid level in my tank. 3x 250w w/280w 03.

I have a 220H and use both a 6080 (2250pgph) and 6100 (3100gph) tunze streams plus 2 Gemini turbelle like pumps (2x 1500gph) and about 1200gph sump to tank flow.

I also have a piece in my frag tank (1 - 250w) which has about 400gph flow.

So there you go, one with lots of current and one without.

I have a pink stylphora in my tank. It sits 4 inches from the surface of the water, and it is lighted by 3 x 250W MH 10K USHIO bulbs and 2 VHO 110V True-Actinic 03 bulbs. It is surrounded by two 395 GPH power heads one from the buttom and one from the left. You can see this coral in the Gallery under tanks, at the top of my 125G tank in the left hand side. Ask Doug, Lee, Howard, and Rudy about it they have seen it and love it...
