The inside of my cabinet has become rather covered in moisture.  I put a clip on fan inside 5 months ago that kicks on when the temp is over 80, but it is already rusted through.

So, I want to get some cabinet mounted fans (the kind that go through the wall of the cabinet) to aim into the cabinet.  I have a 10"x3" vent on the sump side, so that should work fine - if I can find a good quality fan that will last and isn't toooo noisy.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I used AC fans from Radio shack with great success on my last tank. The previous owner had them set up for years (not totally sure how old they were), and they were very quiet.

They are like this, but I remember them only being around $10 when I bought them in the store (I had to buy one to put into my MH setup)

Thanks. It blows enough air to make a difference then?  I'm discovering online that some of the cheaper 3 or 4" fans put out very little air overall.

Absolutely, I used two of these to cool a 500W MH setup in a closed hood, and they kept the reflector just a bit warm to the touch after 8 hours of the lights being on. A box fan they are not, but they should be able to meet your needs.

Wade - I also used these same fans for years in my 240 canopy to cool 3x250 MH and up to 6 6ft VHO bulbs(old school). I actually ran them in both directions - blowing air in or pulling it out and both ways worked. Also as Jason stated, very cheap to buy and replace if needed. I remember buying mine through an electrical supply store.
