Okay, I really need some help. To try and bring you up to speed; I bought a mandarin almost 2 months ago that eats frozen. He would eat every night. His stomach started to grow and grow and grow until he would tip over to his front due to the size. About 3-4 days ago he started to take a turn for the worse. He was gasping and isolating himself, not swimming well, and not eating. Today I found him on his side gasping. I was going to put him down so he would not suffer. As I was looking him over in my hand I noticed that his stomach was no longer swollen, but he also had, what I believe to be, a hole in his side of his stomach. Stuff would sometimes come out of the hole. I have him in an in tank isolation chamber. I want to save him if I can. The hole is right behind his left fins and is about the size of a pin head, maybe a bit smaller. The only thing I can think of would be to try and make a bandage out of glue, but this would be extremely dangerous and hard due to the location, and that his slime coat might get rid of the glue. I am open to any and all serious suggestions. I know he may need to be put down and I accept that, but if I can save him than I rather do that.

I was able to gently press on his stomach/side and more stuff came out, so I am pretty sure the hole goes to his insides/stomach.

Oh ....oh....

I don't know...I have never seen something like this...

I'd say that superglue could work, but again with the slime coat nothing may work...
