What is this critter?

Did an a revive dip on my SPS, THIS is what I found. I cant match it up to anything, but this is a first time for me, so help me out. It looks like it has a long tail (red) moves fairly quick, and it's still alive in my revive dip. I have my suspicions about what it is, but I want some clean slate opinions. I tried my best to get pics, but I don't have a macro lens. They still turned out pretty good, all things considered.

Thanks for confirming Jan. I've been peering into my dip waste with a magnifine glass for about an hour trying to find anything other than these, and it's all I'm finding. The only thing I got was a) Amphipods b) a headache from straining my eyes.
