PJ cardinal spawning?

I wonder if my PJ is spawning. I notice one of the PJ have something in it's mouth (very usually). If he is in fact incubating the eggs. how can I collect?

So scratch what I posted originally. Did a bit of searching and found this article:

Seems like that is a fairly good account of how to go about raising them if you want. Will be tougher since apparently unlike banggai, pajamas have a larval stage.

I found that article too...the easiest part in the article is the catch the little guy so he would released the eggs! and that's going to be a pain since I have lots of LR in the tank. I hope he released them soon so he won't starved himself to death!

He should be fine. I bred freshwater gourmai's years ago and they would go weeks basically without eating while they defended and took care of their bubblenests, they came out of it fine. Nature makes them to survive it.
