How to Sell, Trade, Give Away Fish?

I have a new addition that's harassing it's new tank mates. I didn't buy it local so taking back to the store is not an option. What is the best way to find a local that's interested.

 

BTW, I searched for a trade section and couldn't find one. I hope I'm not in violation of the rules by posting this.
