How do I reset the control interface

My APEX screen is dark when I plug it in. I can't read anything but I can tell that power is going to it because the screen turns a different shade of dark blue.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I even did a side by side with another interface to see if the screen contrast was off.

Can I plug 2 interfaces into the same EB8?

Can you web interface it? If so select Configuration/Misc Setup and in the Initialize memory drop down, select Initialize All, check the 'Reboot system after update' box and click the Update Misc Settings button. That would take it back to factory setup.
