Connecting clear vinyl hoses

I can't find a clear vinyl hose barb to connect different size hoses. Anyone know where I can find plastic connectors? I need a reducing coupler.

Why does it need to be clear? By the time you have the hose over it and a proper clamp, I'd imagine it'll be practically opaque anyway...

I mispoke. It can be any color I just need to connect my Maxi jet to an intake hole in my refugium.

Home depot and Lowes have a limited selection only saw 1 size for a reducing coupler though...
