I don't think that link is for ozone. Description in that link sounds more like a UV. Ozone generators and reactors don't use bulbs.

Your right, but the title say's ozone.

It was an ozone generator that used high UV energy to create ozone from atmospheric oxygen. I remember the auction because I was contemplating making an offer but worked late that night. I subsequently bought the unit that Steve is referring to above. The units that you're probably used to, Chris, make ozone by corona discharge. Ozone creation using high energy UV is another method.
