Hcuervo April 28, 2012 Share April 28, 2012 I'm stumped on what this is. I've called it hair algae...is it?
Jan April 28, 2012 Share April 28, 2012 Is the sea hare eating it? Is the magnesium killing it? It's algae, but which one is the question.

Was eating it some when introduced. Mg is now 1325ppm, and algae is still growing....browned a bit where I squirted it. I'm going to begin the 0.5dKH/day climb today. Will also be getting a very hungry sea hare on Wednesday. My guess is that the sea hare from live aquaria wasn't going to make it anyway.
