small white areas on birdnest coral

My birdsnest coral has small, 1 1/2 " white areas on it. It was doing great before and I've been doing frequent, small water changes on the tank.

Where are the white spots located, base, tips, or undersides? We really need photos and some tank info if you want help.

please also let us know what type and how old your lights are, where the birdsnest is set in the tank, the location of powerheads and such and you Calcium, Magnesium and Alkalinity redings are and if you take your strontium too?

on the base it could be from the glue.
