Good/Bad Hitchihikers?

So earlier today i pop the Ricordias I got from the group-buy into my tank (Thanks Tekken for organizing that)

 

I was about to throw the water away from the tupperware container that i dumped everything into. I noticed some movement in the debris and upon closer inspection, saw a few things I was unsure on. Maybe some pods, a worm and a star?

 

Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think they are? Should i suck them up with a turkey baster and pop them in my tank or are they bad news?

sorry about the flash\glare on the star, only 1 or the arms came out, highlighted by the arrow.

They all look just as you described. I don't recognize the worm, doubt he's harmful though.

It looks like the first is an amphipod, and the third one is the leg of star. The second is a worm but I'm not sure which type, did it have what looked like legs or was it smooth?

Thanks for your thoughts. I couldn't really match the worm to anything on that site. so since i was unsure, i flushed it. I kept the star and pods.

I think that was a wise choice to flush it, just to be safe.
