Chad September 6, 2011 September 6, 2011 The Virginia PAR meter is no longer functional; however, you can sign up for the MD/DC PAR meter if you would like. It doesn't move terribly quickly through people, but if you are not in a hurry, it is a good resource for you.
dbartco September 7, 2011 September 7, 2011 actually we have a new VA par meter donated by Old Reefer. I believe it is in Alexandria. If you are interested, PM me and I will get you the address, and you must return it to Jean-Marie in Fairfax.
