GaryL April 13, 2005 Author Share April 13, 2005 bloom county was a cartoon by berkely breathed, you had to be in the reagan years for bloom county. it turned to outland which got booted for being offensive to some one. i think it has a new resserection, but i havnt kept up with it. steveoutlaw has a bill the cat avatar which is from bloom county. the most famous character would be opus dopus.
