zygote2k October 19, 2010 Share October 19, 2010 Is there anything special about mounting this skimmer inside the sump? Does the outside water level have a drastic effect on the performance? I'm guessing that the Eheim 1260 is also submersible? How much water from the tank drain is supposed to go into the skimmer? It's a 1" fitting, so I assume it can only take 600 gph or so? overklok October 20, 2010 Share October 20, 2010 The only issue you will have is trying to fit the skimmer into the sump.
zygote2k October 20, 2010 Author Share October 20, 2010 Thanks- it fits into the sump if I put it onto a stand. All of the crazy bulkhead fittings are a PITA to make room for.
