Jan June 14, 2010 June 14, 2010 This post is long overdue.... I purchased a pair of replacement lamps from BRK during an Ice cap group buy several months back. By no fault of BRK the lamps were all screwy. John tried to make it right several times by getting new ones from the mfr then getting me new ones from another mfr. I don't know what the problem was but apparently there was a lot that was just bad. John never dropped the ball, not once! Now mind you I was delayed in getting the lamps because of the snow storms and then some personal stuff so I didn't pick them up for about a month. After going through a few sets of lamps we decided that I'd get a store credit. This is an honorable vendor. I finally cashed in my credit several months later. I chose whatever I wanted to choose whenever I wanted it so I ended up getting a gorgeous blue spot jawfish who's healthy, happy and a lot of fun. Thank you John for being so patient, understanding and most of all for your exceptional customer service, great care and very good ethics. I really do appreciate BRK!
Charlie June 14, 2010 June 14, 2010 Jan, I've found John to very knowledgeable and patient. My only problem is that he's way out near Warrenton (well, maybe not that far) and I live in Laurel. If he were closer, I wouldn't buy anything from anybody else.

I hope everyone shows their support for us by coming out this saturday for the social event! Keep an eye in our forum as I post specials as I come up with them! John
