Foxface - Eye injury or disease?

Hello Everyone,

 

I woke up today, and I noticed my foxface is having some issues. His one eye is swollen and cloudy. All other fish appear fine. Does anyone have any ideas why may be wrong? Could he have poked his eye on something or is it possibly a disease? He seems to be eating, but he's hiding.

My Lamarcks have had eye injuries like what you describe. They have all healed naturally and are doing fine. Could be an injury from a rock or another tankmate.
