Please tell me what's wrong this fish?

It's belly keeps getting bigger and bigger. Several months back I had this happen to a dottyback. Then it stopped eating and died. Months after the dottyback died it happened to a very healthy scooter blenny. Then it too died. This guy is swimming and picking at everything like it usually does but it's belly is abnormally large. There's no other sixline in the tank.

Thank you! According to this it's dropsey or scale protrusion. Both to be treated with antibiotics.

Has anyone ever had to treat for dropsey or any other bacterial infection? What's the best medication to use and where can I get it?

I got my last batch of Furan-2 at Pristine. Any LFS, even Petco would have it.
