darkcirca April 15, 2010 April 15, 2010 Everything is in order for the tank move this weekend, except trashcans or stock tanks. I want to make about 100 gallons of water at the new place, and then I need to transport my 90 gallon (about 200+ lbs of rock in there) with something. I had plans to go out and buy some, but I live in a townhouse, so storage is not really possible after this. Does anyone in the Loudoun/Fairfax area have any trashcans, stock tanks, or even buckets with lids that could be borrow (pickup today/tomorrow) for this weekends move? I've a few heaters laying around, as well as my old powerheads. I'll gladly stop by at some point to pickup, and return. My only problem with larger items is the fact I can't really transport them. I've got a Civic Coupe - trashcans fit, as do some stock tanks, but I doubt I can move a 100 gallon stock tank in my car. Thanks
darkcirca April 16, 2010 Author April 16, 2010 Thanks! Hoping everything works out now for this weekend, as I really miss having my fish here... even those clownfish that always attacked my hand when I'd work on the tank.

davelin315 April 17, 2010 April 17, 2010 Sorry I didn't see this sooner, I have a stock pile of 44 gallon rubbermaid brutes...
darkcirca April 17, 2010 Author April 17, 2010 Thanks everyone - I grabbed L8 2 RISE's stock tank and picked up 2 trashcans, as I think I need to replace my original one soon (it's a few years old now..). I decided to purchase a 100 gallon stock tank of my own as well, no idea where I'll store it, but I can lend it out if people need it then. Hopefully picking that up today in Leesburg before the social. Tank move is tomorrow - hoping it goes smoothly. The hardest part for us is moving the physical tank. We've got 3 of us, myself being the weakest. Hopefully we can do it...
