i just received a package from an order i placed and well starting with WYSIWYG pictures, the coral looks the same with great color, customer service was awesome and packaging was definitely the best i have seen so far, big bags were used with the black bottom to reduce stress on the corals, a nice thick box with a thicker styro foam was inside and styro peanuts all over with two heat packs. Over all a great experienc and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I just recieved a package also from them. Same experience except the color is definately not the same. The coral had its polyps out when I opened the bag. It was shipped in a huge box with a huge cooler with 12 bags and a heat pack. The temp in the bag was very close to the temp in my tank. I will post pictures of their pic vs my pic. Can you post the same?

ok so this is their picture:

What do you guys think? Where did the pink go!!!??? Maybe they were running lower temp bulbs?

I see remnants of the original color. I'm going with stressed. I think it'll regain the original color.

I haven't shipped many SPS... It does have a hint of pink to it still... I hope it colors back up!!! It looks pretty awesome either way but I bought because of the pink/green combo. It didnt seem to be stressed much... the polyps were out in the bag and the water was a good temp.

My order was impressive. The packaging and care was first rate. I bought one the of colonies that were on sale. It was more brown than green, but it seems to be coloring up after a few days. The rest were pretty close to WSYWIG.

I had a "duh" moment and ordered from them a couple of weeks ago, with delivery on the Friday that the big snowstorm started. The "duh" part was that I didn't order priority overnight, so received the box around 3pm after it had sat on the truck in that cold weather for about 8 hours. The box was so well packed and insulated that the water in the bags was actually still warm, much to my relief!
