Acrylic work

Does anyone have any experience doing small acrylic projects? I need a 3-sided internal overflow for my 30 cube and a 20" x 7" x 7" frag tank to go in my stand. I would do them myself, but have very little experience working with acrylic. Any ideas?

sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.........................did you want teeth? I can have this done for you in the next two days if you go with black or clear material. I do have some blue as well. I'll pm you the cost options.
