Have to give up the tank, anyone interested?

I have baby son, and I'm not getting the time to take care of my nano tank anymore the way it deserves. I've heard it gets worse when you are trying to protect the tank from little hands, so I figure it's better to part with it now.

I have a Nano Cube DX (2006 after the cracking issues), I replaced the bulbs about 6months ago, and cut back some plastic over one of the sump areas for the common reverse lighting algea area mod. I have timers, the NanoCube stand, and a spare tank for it (I was still worried about cracking). I've got lots of equipment and testing materials I've collected over the years for it. That all needs to go and I'll take any fair (and even not so fair) offer. I'll even consider trades in old baby things or lawn equipment (my only remaing "hobbies"). My primary concern is that someone who wants the stuff will put it to good use, since it has brought me a lot of happiness over the past 3 years.

As for lifestock, that's all free to anyone who will come and take it as conveniently for me as possible. There is one 2 year old false perc (male for now), a large torch frag, frogspawn frag, and hammer. Lots of fragable GSP, Pulsing Xenia, and a GSP-like coral that grows like crazy and it a little softer and longer. Still a few snails, a serpent star, and blue legged crabs. About 12 pounds of a very attractive and pricey blue buna branch live rock (that you will probably want to heavily cure). And a rose bubble-tipped anenome that has lived happily in 10 gallons for over two years. Ideally, I like to reduce the amount of people coming in and splashing around in my living room, so I'd prefer if you want to take something that you take all of it, keep what you want, trade the rest.

I live in Alexandria, near Beacon Hill, Kingstown, and Huntington. I get home after 8pm on workdays so weekends are better for me. I have some bags and styrofoam, but you probably want to bring some yourself.
