tsprice82 February 7, 2009 February 7, 2009 I know this won't come as much of a surprise to most WAMAS members, but I just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I recently had at Blue Ribbon Kio. I bought a Reeflo pump from John and the pump had a slight problem (the seam on the volute was leaking). I took the pump back to BRK and John said that it would probably be faster for me to deal directly with Reeflo, but in the mean time John offered to let me take a used Reeflo pump home to use until the issue with my pump was resolved. I think it is pretty awesome of John. Reeflo send the new volute via Second Day shipping and the issue was quickly corrected. This is the very reason I prefer to buy from BRK, you can't get that kind of service from vendors on the internet. And by the way, BRK's price on Reeflo pumps is the same as Marine Depot, plus local service. Thanks again to BRK!
