What size tank and do you have the drill bits to do the job? Do you know where you want the holes drilled?

I'm in sterling. I shattered my first 10g (2 panes on 2 attempts) attempt, but was successful on the 2d one. 10g tanks are hard because the glass is so thin.

I used a pair of clamps and a piece of wood behind where I was drilling to help keep the glass from flexing - this is how I was successful. I have hole saw for 3/4" bulkheads if you want.

I would love that! Do you want anything for it? Or, can I just borrow it? If so, when can I pick it up? I drive through there every day.

Thanks,

Russ

You can have it - it has 2 hole cuts on it already, should be good for 1 or 2 more, especially thin glass like a 10g, and I have no more need for it.

I work on Rt. 28 just south of the Dulles Town Center, or in the evenings I'm usually home by 7.

Can I pick it up tomorrow on my way home from work? I get out around 4:30. If so, could I have a number to call you at when I'm on my way?

Thanks,

Russ
