Photography Classes

Photography really interests me; unfortunately, I am not real good at it. I know the basics, but not much more.

 

Does anyone know a photography class that is more than simply how to point and shoot? I am interested in learning the features of cameras, lighting and macro shots (just to name a few).

I took an online class through Better Photo.net that was pretty good. Very basic but back when I had first gotten my D80 I had never has a DSLR or any kind of photography class. They have several different classes and are pretty reasonable.

My neighbor who shots a lot of photos told me about this class: http://www.wfolsom.com/LESSONS/classes.html One of these days I need to attend one or more. Most of the classes are $50.

Hey Craig,

 

I actually found that site as I was searching the web; the have a multi week class at the Ananndale NOVA campus starting this Thursday that I will probably take. I also saw they have a one day session on macro in March (I think), and a more detailed one later in the year.
