sturnmeyer December 5, 2008 Share December 5, 2008 Hello all. It's time for me to replacement the bulbs in my Tek 8 bulb T5 fixture, which is lighting my 125gallon reef. I'm wondering what light combinations some of you would recommend? I'm not going to say what I'm using now so as not to influence the recommendations. I'm just not completely happy and I think it's time for a change. Basically, I'm looking for the slightly bluish color. I'd like the benefit of the best coral color along with modest growth. Here is what Reefgeek recommends to add more color: 3 -- ATI 54W Blue Plus T5 HO Fluorescent 1 -- UV Lighting 54W Super Actinic T5 HO Fluorescent 1 -- UV Lighting 54W 75-25 14000K Aquablue T5 HO Fluorescent 1 -- ATI 54W 12000K Aquablue Special T5 HO Fluorescent 1 -- UV Lighting 54W 10000K AquaSun T5 HO Fluorescent 1 -- Korallen Zucht 54W Fiji Purple T5 HO Fluorescent What do you think?
