Is everyones clock on here 2 hours fast..? Any reason why...? So when people do auctions do they base it on real time or wamas time..?

Nope, Time matches perfectly. You may want to check your timezone settings?

The clock is entirely based off of your timezone settings in your control panel. IPB actually uses GMT, and then individuals' timezone settings are added to the GMT value to create a dynamically-displayed time.

So how do i change the clock..? i am always 2 hours fast on here..

Is that why you're always the first to post.

 

Click on MY CONTROLS

 

at bottom left under options, click on BOARD SETTINGS

pick GMT - 5:00 hours Eastern Time.

 

don't forget to click on Change my account settings at bottom.

EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM... ACTUALLY I SIT IN FRONT OF A COMPUTER ALL DAY AT WORK NOW SO THAT ALWAYS GIVES AN ADVANTAGE, BUT WHATS SAD IS THAT I ALWAYS MANAGE TO MISS MOST OF THE GOOD DEALS I REALLY WANT... THIS darn PLACE (WAMAS) IS SOME WHAT ADDICTIVE.. AND I AM A FAN OF ADDICTIVE THINGS....

 

I NOTICE A LOT OF THE SAME PEOPLE ALWAYS ON HERE AND POSTING.. GUESS THEY SIT IN FRONT OF COMPUTERS TOO..

RSS is limited to public forums anyway. You can see the RSS link at the bottom left of most pages.

 

To subscribe to a forum, go to any forum

i.e., General Discussion http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?showforum=2

 

Click "Forum Options" at the top right.

Click "Subscribe to this forum"

 

You can also track threads, or subscribe to a forum from any thread with the "Options" button at the top right of a thread page - like the one your on right now.
